Sustainable Stoke: Transitions to Sustainability in the Surfing World

Sustainable Stoke is more of a movement than a book.  For the first time  leading figures from multiple sectors and backgrounds explore  - in their own words - what  sustainability means within and beyond the surfing industry.  The book began life modestly as a series of short research  interviews as part of my broader research to understand what sustainability means within surfing. Through key collaborations predominantly with the Center for Surf Research at San Diego State Univeristy and the not for profit organisation Sustainable Surf the number of contributors  expanded to over 40.

Two further books chart this journey,  Sustainable Surfing and Surfing and Sustainability.
